Michael Bowman is the President and Founder of Bowman Financial Group, Inc., where he has been helping clients prepare for retirement with insurance-based strategies since 1989. With a strong educational foundation and a deep passion for helping retirees and pre-retirees, Michael focuses on insurance-based strategies for retirement income, legacy planning, and long-term care.

Michael’s mission is simple: to help clients pursue the goals that matter most to them—while helping clients preserve the assets they've accumulated using insurance strategies. He firmly believes that “as we get older, we should be safer with our money,” and he emphasizes financial solutions that prioritize safety, stability, and confidence, especially in the years leading up to and during retirement.

Outside the office, Michael has been happily married to his wife, Kristine, for over 35 years. He is an active member of Shelton First Baptist Church, where he serves in youth ministry. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, coaching and watching soccer, playing “Bowman basketball,” and, most of all, spending quality time with his five children and growing number of grandchildren.
